Obituary of Anthony R. Longobardi
Anthony R. Longobardi passed away on January 27, 2021 at his home in Milton, New
York. Anthony was 67 years of age and was born on July 16, 1953 in Bronx, New York
to Jack and Rose Longobardi.
Anthony was retired but during his life worked as an Insurance Broker. He had his
own business, Longobardi and Associates, which he shared with his wife Lee.
Survivors include his loving wife Lee, sisters Fran Russo and late husband Ray, Joann
Longobardi and Kim Ashcraft, sister in law's Lynn Mordin and husband Barry, Joy
Erreich and husband Izzy, June Visconti, Maureen Ryberg and late husband Dan, Gay
Hardisty and husband Harry, his best friends Tom Massarilli and Bill Mackey and
several nieces, nephews and close friends.
Family statement... Anthony was a fun loving person with a huge heart who dearly
loved his wife, family and close friends. He was always there to lend a helping hand
to those who needed it, could light up a room with his larger than life personality and
always saw the good in everybody. He was a lover of animals and adored his four
siamese cats Yoda, Yogi Bear, River and Moosalina. Anthony also was a lover of
antique vehicles for which he had a small collection.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 between the hours of 4pm and
7pm at DiDonato Funeral Home in Marlboro, New York.
A mass will be held at St. Mary's Church in Marlboro, New York on February 4, 2021 at 10:30am.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the ASPCA in Anthony's name.
