I met Frank when I worked at the Legislature. He and my brother, Peter Loughran, were friends. There was nothing pretentious about Frank - he was a large presence, both physically and verbally, who was always full of stories and usually had Pete and me laughing. Frank was a good guy and his obituary, which was beautifully written, says it all!
Our condolences to Lucille, his son and grandson and the rest of his family and close friends -we hope the grief left by Frank's passing - will be made easier and replaced by laughter over time as you all share your many Frank stories! And we are confident Frank will live on not only in their hearts - but in the actions and expressions of his son and grandson - both of whom he was so proud of.
With our sincere sympathies,
Mary Carey and Peter Loughran

I Will Always Be ETERNALLY GRATEFUL to Frank and His Father....I Have Been So Blessed With So Many Great Things In Life but One Thing I Missed Was Not Getting To Meet Any Of My Grandparents! Frank and His Dad, Biggie, Used To Tell Me Stories About My Grandparents and What Great People They Were...I Will Always Be Grateful To Them For Filling In A Void In My Life That I Never Had The Honor To Experience! God Bless You, Frank Felicello! May You Rest In Peace!!!
Eternally Grateful To You,
Brian Morehead

Lucille, I was so sad to see about Frank in todays paper. My love and prayers go to you and the family. As classmates I can remember at our first class reunion in Highland, NY I was sitting at a table and everyone was dancing and Frank saw I wanted to dance too but had no partner and he came over and got me up and danced with me. I was so happy for him doing that. He was that thoughtful. A lot of memories from school days as well with sports. God bless you with comfort and strength for the days ahead. xo

I'm so sorry for the loss of Frank. He & Dad were pretty good friends BACK IN THE DAY WITH " THE FELICELLO PIPERS". And how weird....Frank passed the exact date as MY Dad, April 2nd. The last time I saw Frank was on Thanksgving Day a few yrs. back when Ron & I were invited to his home, because Ron & I were going to be alone that yr. I will never forget his & Lucille's kindness for inviting us. We sat & talked of yrs., back in the day. School, funny thought...When he caught me talking in study hall one day, he made me get down & do 100 squat thrusts. I didn't like THAT, but in retrospect, he did my body a favor, keeping me strong. Times he had with my Dad. I can remember going to one of his "Felicello Pipers" game with my Dad. They were all wearing black wigs. I still have that picture etched in my mind, & I was just a little girl at the time. Of COURSE, they won! We also talked about our mutual LOVE for our fur children & a few tears over them. Great conversation, great memories, great food, great family. You will be missed by many, Frank. And to Lucille & Fam., I pray in this very difficult time we are all experiencing, that you find peace in your loss. May God Bless you all. Much Love & Many Prayers.

I knew Frank decades ago when he would come in to Marlboro Freezers with his dad. I worked as the secretary there and the two of them were like 2 peas in a pod. When they entered my office, it meant lots of smiles and those smiles stayed with us long after they left. I loved Frank Sr and his wife Pat and their kids ( I remember little Anita bringing me a box of candy on Valentine's Day when she was just a little girl) Those were wonderful years and they were wonderful people. My deepest condolences to Frank's wife and children, his sister Anita and to all the Felicello's mourning his passing. May God bring peace to your broken hearts

Growing up I knew him as a coach, a gym teacher and an influential member of our community. Over the past 10 years I was blessed to get to know Mr. Felicello a little more as my neighbor. He always stopped to say hello if he saw me outside working or during my million walks with my dogs. He would fill me in on how he and Lucille and the pups were doing or ask about my recent home adventures and it always brightened my day. He would compliment the endless work I did to my home and for being so dedicated, not a single encounter went by that he didn’t offer help in one way or another. He would see my son playing basketball often and stop quickly to give him a tip or two. There aren’t many neighbors like him anymore and truly appreciated his kindness.
My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones, he will be missed by many.
