Willie,
You and I were born in 58, and I feel so sad my brother.
You were always so energetic, pumped up and filled with stories.
I guess I'll see you soon, along with many others.
My heart goes out to your family, your friends and close co-workers.
But more importantly, my heart goes out to Jesus who is in the process of, not only saving you, but laying the groundwork for your next life as others will meet with you in that life..

I always enjoyed working with Bill.In a career that at times was dismal and frustrating, it was great to see Bill's smile. It helped us to get through the grunge of the day. He will be missed by many. My deepest condolences.

Billy (cuz), I may not have seen you in a long time but when I did see you you ALWAYS made me feel like it was just yesterday . You would light up the room with that BEAUTIFUL smile you ALWAYS had . You were not only hysterical to listen too , you had such a warmness and a calmness about you. Growing up you new our situations and when I was crying you would be the first one to come over and give me that big hug and follow it with making me go hysterical laughing.. Thank you for all the childhood memories and you will be GREATLY MISSED. I always admired yours and Donnas relationship!!!!
Love always and until we meet again cuz......

There is no beginning or ending to the love, respect, and caring we had for Billy. He lit up a room and our lives when ever with him with his smile and sparkling personality. Every holiday was fun when he was there playing with the children like no one ever did with such great humor. We clearly can still visualize that happy smile and warm heart. Truly a bright light has darkened our lives by not being Herel but heaven is now brighter with him there and I know he will shower his love upon us all always! Love all the Stinga’s
