Debbie,
I had the opportunity to meet you a few times while I was coaching Tanner for Varsity Football. What a beautiful family you have. I was heartbroken to hear of the accident that occurred involving Tanner. I was given the great pleasure to have coached Tanner for a few years and what a fine young man and hard working athlete he was. We had some very close conversations about life during some tough times and the few things I learned about Tanner during that time was he was a young man of character, integrity and strong values. Debbie, you instilled these things in Tanner and he carried through on them. He wore his feelings on his sleeve and he was always filled with lots of emotions. Not only did I teach and guide Tanner through some things but he also taught me about some things in life. For that I am thankful to have had an opportunity to know and coach Tanner. He will be sorely missed and will leave a void in all our hearts, especially his family. RIP Tanner love you young man.

My family and I are sorry to hear about the loss of your son Tanner. My sons Cory and Christopher were friends of Tanner’s. I had the pleasure of meeting Tanner several times. He was always polite and always a perfect gentleman. There are no words I could possibly say to help you understand the loss of a child as I well know. Prayers to you and your family at this time. God bless.
