Mildred Megale of Warwick, NY passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 on Staten Island, NY. She was 85 years old. Mildred was born in the Bronx, NY on April 9, 1933. She was the daughter of the late James & Millie Paolillo DeLeo.
Mildred worked as a secretary for IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was a member of the Italian Center, Poughkeepsie and the Highland Senior Citizens.
She was predeceased by her husband Caesar Megale. Survivors include her daughters; Diane Spector and her husband Fred of Warwick, Debbie Porcelli and her husband Neil of Highland and Carol Dragone of Highland, her brother James DeLeo of Florida, her sisters; Josephine Pastore of Yonkers and Florence Mammone of Florida, 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4pm-8pm with a celebration of life at 7pm at the DiDonato Funeral Home, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro.
On Thursday morning at 10:30am family and friends will gather at St. Joseph's Church, 34 South Chestnut Street, New Paltz for a mass of Christian burial.
Entombment of cremains will follow in Cedar Hill Mausoleum, Newburgh.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Mildred's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital,
501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
